Managing Director

With over 35 years experience in the civil construction and building industry Jeff is hands on and project focused. As the business owner he is involved in key stakeholder negotiations and advisory groups within industry, major clients and government bodies. Jeffrey oversees the operations of the Company, ensuring managers are complying with legislative obligations, whilst ensuring suitable and sufficient resources are provided and maintained to achieve the business and project objectives.

MARCELLO VERZELETTI
Senior Engineer/Estimator

Marcello has over 17 year’s experience in the civil construction and building industry and 12 year’s experience in project management including intensive quality and environmental management. Marcello specialises in major civil and infrastructure projects and will be responsible for all civil construction, subcontractor and supplier operations. He has completed difficult and complex projects, while at the same time meeting and exceeding the expectations of clients and consultants.

Operations Manager

Natasha professionally manages for the operations of the Mendi Group to provide timely, effective and appropriate service delivery, business operations, construction and maintenance while ensuring its value, safety and quality are maintained. With over 16 years experience in Logistics and haulage operations, Natasha's role within our haulage operations is integral. Included under her portfolio is the management and co-ordination of our Quarry and crushing operations.

HSEQ Manager

Reporting to the Director, Jason is responsible for system management and compliance across all Health, Safety and Quality operations for Mendi Constructions. Jason provides knowledgeable and informative communication to stakeholders including external parties regarding all HSEQ and Auditing requirements. Jason is experienced in HSEQ Management with a focus on identifying and elimination of all risks. Ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.

MATTHEW DOYLE

Workshop Manager

Matthew Doyle is the third generation of the Doyle Family to join the Mendi Group. As a fully qualified and experienced diesel fitter Matthew provides the leadership within our team of fitters, technicians and workshop administrators. The day to day running of our workshop is an integral part of our business to ensure all our machinery is maintained effectively and efficiently to avoid delays and maintain production whilst on our project sites.

Plant Manager

Peter has over 18 year's experience in the Civil Construction industry.
Peter is responsible for monitoring and maintaining consistent product through supervision and direction of personnel to ensure resources are fully utilised to achieve production targets. Coordination of repairs and routine maintenance. Assist managers with maintaining company and industry Quality, safety and Environmental procedures. Examine and test materials to maintain conformance to established standards.

Aiden has many years of experience with construction material production, Aiden oversees the production of the product to ensure that quality standards and specifications are met. Through the management and supervision of CAMM Quarries Aiden ensures that the end user and our valuable clients receive total customer satisfaction with every delivery through the implementation and daily compliance of technical specifications including AUSPEC, DTMR.

QA Engineer

Andrew provides coordination and technical support to ensure projects are completed on time and budget and within the program and project specifications whilst maintaining a heavy focus on quality assurance, project compliance, planning, procurement and subcontractor management.

Office Administrator

As a member of the Doyle family, Ashleigh has been brought up in the family business. Ash assists our project team with the procurement of materials and subcontractor engagement. Ash looks after a broad range of administration responsibilities, including fuel reconciliation, IT and communication requirements within the business.

Site Administrator

Selena has many years of stevedoring, logistics and business administration experience. Providing reporting and logistics communications to the Quarry Manager on the daily quarry operations and supporting all areas of the business.

ANGELA CREUCO

ANGELA CREUCO
Site Administrator

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, Angela is responsible for managing all areas of the office including providing quotes, coordinating delivery of materials, ensuring all machinery is coordinated for servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer requirements, payroll and general everyday operations to both Townsville Graded Sands and CAMM Quarries.

Project Engineer

Reporting to the Director, Operations Manager and Senior Engineer, Irem is assisting with all project related matters including Project Management, Procurement, Inspections, WH&S, Environment and Programming of Works. Irem has proven to be proficient with her stakeholder engagement and quality control of projects. Irem provides onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements.

Project Manager

Providing Project Management including daily coordination with Site Supervisor and Project Engineers ensuring all aspects of the project are completed on time and on budget whilst maintaining a heavy focus on quality assurance, project compliance, planning, estimating, and procurement and subcontractor management.

BRUCE MILLER

BRUCE MILLER
HSEQ Advisor

Ensuring all on site HSEQ requirements are met and all works are carried out effectively and in accordance with legislative requirement. Running on-site inductions, sub-contractor document and process reviews and conducting site inspections and ensuring Federal Certification requirements are maintained.

JEFF COX

JEFF COX
Site Surveyor

Providing supervision and multiple years of experience to ensure projects are completed to specification, maintaining a heavy focus on quality assurance and project compliance.
Carry out field work, concrete and kerb pick up, completed works measurements, survey to identify any required action prior to final levels sign-off, ensuring all survey equipment is calibrated prior to use, inspections of sub-contractors installations and liaising with Principal Surveyor on any required information and site issues.

Site Supervisor

Jarrod has over 16 year's experience in the Civil Construction and Mining industries. As a Construction Site Supervisor Jarrod is responsible for the management and supervision of construction activities.
He has a prime responsibility for on-site activities and ensuring the management strategies outlined are implemented correctly. Jarrod is also responsible for the planning, leadership and control of all key areas of the project site operations.

MICK MULLINS

MICK MULLINS
Site Supervisor

Mick has over 16 year's supervisory experience in concrete structures, road, bulk earthworks, drainage, and underground services.
Reporting to the Project Manager, Mick is responsible for supervising of all site personnel and subcontractors. Assisting managers with implementing and monitoring company Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures. He is responsible for the planning, leadership and control of all key areas of the site operation.

Site Supervisor

Eamon has over 11 year's experience in Civil Construction and Contract Crushing. Reporting to the Project Manager, Eamon is responsible for coordination of plant and labour resources on our projects. Experienced in company and industry Quality, Safety and Environmental standards and procedures. Eamon has a proven track record in managing sub-contractors and resources to ensure delivery of projects within specified timelines.
